How to Use
Light the end of the sage bundle until it begins to smoke, then gently blow out the flame. Hold the bundle over a fireproof dish or shell to catch any ashes. Move the smoke around your space, allowing it to flow into corners, doorways, and around yourself or objects you wish to cleanse. When finished, gently press the burning end into sand or a heat-safe bowl to extinguish. Always burn sage in a well-ventilated area and never leave it unattended.
